A Look Back: Sustain SC Energy Forum

In partnership with our member organizations, partners, and generous sponsors, Sustain SC hosted an Energy Forum on May 3, 2023.

The Sustain SC Energy Forum brought together a cross-sector of stakeholders to address best practices and procedures, as well as discussions on how clean energy is revolutionizing the economy, and what the future holds for energy in South Carolina.

Access to reliable, affordable and clean energy is a priority for Sustain SC’s member companies, the 1200 global companies that call South Carolina home, and the numerous companies that are considering a move to our great state. In addition to remarks from SC Speaker of the House Murrell Smith, SC Senate President Thomas Alexander, and Chief Resilience Officer Ben Duncan, the Energy Forum provided three dynamic panel discussions and an opportunity for wide-ranging conversations among elected officials, public, private, and non-profit organizations who have a role in the actions that need to take place to ensure a strong, secure, and competitive energy future for South Carolina.
