About the Symposium: Mark your calendar for October 22 and join Sustain SC at Central Energy in Columbia for our 5th Annual Sustainability Symposium — a full day of timely conversations and cross-sector connections focused on the issues shaping South Carolina’s sustainable future.

This year’s program will bring together leaders from business, government, conservation, agriculture, economic development and academia to explore some of the state’s most important and emerging sustainability topics. Sessions will examine conservation as an economic tool for communities, the future of South Carolina’s working farms and forests and the opportunities and challenges surrounding data center growth and natural resource use.

About the Webinar: OEMs are setting ambitious sustainability targets, and reaching them depends on the suppliers within their supply chains. Suppliers face real constraints like limited resources, competing customer demands and unclear returns on the investment. So how do both sides close the gap and make progress together? This webinar brings both perspectives into one conversation. Black Bear Strategies will speak from the suppliers' prospective, laying out the practical barriers they face when adopting sustainability practices that support OEM goals. Siemens will share the OEM view: the business case for suppliers who commit to sustainability, and the tools and resources available to help them get there.
